Consider the whole household
Possible flea activity can involve pets, bedding and floor areas. Bites are not enough to identify the source. Ask a vet about any pet treatment and a pest professional about the property so the plans are compatible.
Prepare the information
Record affected rooms, animal sleeping areas and whether pets or previous occupants were present. Avoid applying household products directly to an animal.
Coordinate follow-up
Ask for written preparation and cleaning instructions. Agree what monitoring is needed after treatment and who should be contacted if activity continues.
