When identification is uncertain
Call for advice if signs are recurring, appear in several rooms or cannot be confidently identified. Guessing a species can lead to unsuitable products and an unresolved problem.
When the building complicates the response
Food premises, shared blocks, inaccessible lofts and connected service routes can require coordinated access and specialist inspection. Explain these constraints before arranging a visit.
What to say when calling
Provide the suspected pest, location, frequency, property type and any children, pets or operational restrictions. Ask whether an inspection is needed before a treatment quote.
